I JUST PLACED AN ORDER, WHEN WILL IT SHIP?

Please allow 1 - 3 business days of processing and production time for your order to ship out. 

HOW LONG IS THE SHIPPING TIME?
U.S orders will be shipped via USPS & FedEx and International Orders will be shipped depending on the fulfillment center the product is from.

  • Average transit times to the United States: 7 - 18 Business days
  • Average transit times to International: 7 - 21 Business days

There are circumstances that are out of control (natural disasters, holidays, weather, etc.) that may cause shipping postponements. While most packages will arrive on time, there may be circumstances and delays that our carriers may experience. For this reason, we do not guarantee the exact delivery time; the delivery issue is the responsibility of the shipping company.

WILL I RECEIVE A TRACKING NUMBER?
We provide tracking for every order. Tracking will be available once your product is shipped. Each individual product may be shipped from different fulfillment centers across the globe as our product research team spends the time to source for quality yet affordable products.

MY TRACKING SAYS “No information available at the moment”.

For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system.

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
You are able to cancel your order with no penalty! You must cancel your order 24 hours after creating it for the cancellation to be applied. If the item has already shipped, please email info@domicilehomebodies.com. All you need to do is send us an email with the subject line "CANCEL".

CUSTOMS, DUTIES, TAXES

Domicilehomebodies.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). 

If a package is returned to us due unpaid customs, taxes or return to sender, we will refund the cost of the product.

If you're buying from outside of the U.S. your country's customs department may decide to hold your items at the border temporarily, often without explanation! This is relatively rare, but if your order is held up in customs, we suggest calling your country's customs department directly and ask that they release your items immediately. If for some reason your order is never released by customs, we'll send you a replacement! 

I HAVE ENTERED AN INCORRECT ADDRESS!
If you have misspelled or auto-filled your address incorrectly, simply reply to your order confirmation email and give us the correct information. Notify us immediately via email at info@domicilehomebodies.com. If the address is wrong, we can correct this within 24 hours.

MY ITEM ARRIVED DAMAGED 
We do ship every item with extra padding. Despite this, our customers report that around 1 in 1000 products arrives damaged due to mail service mistreatment.

If this happens to you, please contact us to info@domicilehomebodies.com with:

    - Your order number.

    - A picture of the damaged product.

Once received, we'll be happy to send out another free of charge.

COVID-19 UPDATE:

Due to the recent COVID-19 pandemic, please expect additional delays beyond our expected time frames above. 

These time frames are approximated when businesses and shipping couriers (such as your local post office) are functioning in a stabilized manner. 

We do not have any control over how fast your local post office can receive, handle, and transport your package as they may have certain systems set in place to preserve the safety of their employees. 

We thank you for your understanding, and rest assured we will keep you up-to-date about your order, every step of the way until it lands right onto your front door step.
