What is the status of my order?
Once you have placed your order, we will send you a confirmation email to track the status of your order.
Once your order is shipped we will send you another email along with the link to track your order.
Or, you can track the status of your order from your "track your order" section on our website.
Covid-19 Update
These time frames are approximated when businesses and shipping couriers (such as your local post office) are functioning in a stabilized manner.
We do not have any control over how fast your local post office can receive, handle, and transport your package as they may have certain systems set in place to preserve the safety of their employees.

Where do you ship?
We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
How long does shipping take?
We source our inventory from several suppliers within the US, Europe, and Asia. In order to keep our inventory affordable, fresh, and up to date with the latest styles we have a centralized fulfilment center in Asia that all of our products ship from. Due to the overseas location of our fulfilment center, please allow 5-15 business days for shipping plus processing time within 1-3 business days.
Please note that items ordered together may not be shipped out on the same day, and occasionally items may be temporarily out-of-stock or backordered. Rest assured, any shipping delays will be communicated.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Do you accept returns?
Yes, we do accept returns subject to fulfilment of the following conditions:
- The item must have been sold on our online store
- The item shouldn't have been used in any way
- The item should have its original packaging with all the tags etc.
- The return or exchange request is made within 7 days of delivery.

Can I exchange an item?
We do accept exchanges and they follow the same conditions as returns.

How do I cancel my order?
In order to get your beautiful new products out to you as soon as possible. We can not accept cancellations more than 24 hour after your purchase. If you are within this time frame please email us at info@domicilehomebodies.com.

How do I add or remove products after placing my order?
Once your order has been submitted it can be changed only within 24 hours after ordering. Please make sure to double and triple check that all items you loved are in your cart, the address your order is being shipped to is spot on, and the payment method you are using is good to go!
